Full-Time Lead Landscaper
Curbside Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Lead Landscaper to oversee and participate in diverse landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of landscape maintenance and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping team.
- Execute and oversee tasks such as trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning.
- Ensure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices and safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscaping, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscape construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to the office.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Non-smoker.
